Eligible products — Applies to the Kaiserox Vanguard Pro purchased directly from kaiserox.com only. Does not cover units purchased through third-party retailers.

Eligible airlines — Covers major international carriers using the standard carry-on size (typically 56×36×23 cm). Does not apply to ultra-low-cost carriers with restrictive underseat-only allowances.

Claim conditions — The bag must be used within its compressed dimensions and the expansion zipper must not be open at the gate. Claims are only valid if vacuum compression was correctly engaged before boarding. Overloaded or non-compressed bags are not covered.

Fee reimbursement cap — We'll reimburse any carry-on fee charged, up to a maximum of $100 USD per claim.

Claim process — Submit a claim by emailing support@kaiserox.com with your order number, a photo of the bag at the gate measuring frame, and the gate-fee receipt within 7 days of the incident.

One claim per customer — Limited to one claim per order. Repeated incidents are not covered.

Refund or replacement — Kaiserox reserves the right to offer a full product refund or replacement in lieu of fee reimbursement at our discretion.

Misuse — Fraudulent claims will result in rejection and may lead to account suspension.

Availability — Kaiserox reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Carry-On Fit Guarantee at any time. Existing purchases are honored under the terms active at the time of purchase.
